Year 2 had a fantastic day out at Twycross Zoo! The children were excited to explore the zoo and learn all about different animals and their habitats. While walking around the zoo, they spotted many amazing animals including playful meerkats, tall giraffes, cheeky chimpanzees, and even some beautiful flamingos. It was a brilliant day full of learning, laughter, and adventure!

Years 1,2,3 and 5 took part in map workshops to support the learning in their Geography topics, this term. During the session, they learnt how to read map symbols, compasses and how to estimate distance. They then enjoyed orienteering around the school grounds.
